Hannover is a semi-constitutional monarchy ruled by the House of Luno. The Old House of Hannover still exists, but was banned from representing the people of Hannover due to them not actively doing anything about the occupation after the death of King George V. The Parliament made all the decisions for Hannover, though the royal family had most the power over the parliament.

The Parliament was completely democratically lead, the people elected the members of Parliament and how many seats each party got, but the King/Queen would still have the right to remove any member of Parliament if the conditions were right. The King/Queen also had the power to elect the Prime Minister.
